Our vision is to offer an education to children, which meets the requirements of the National Curriculum and also fosters a learning environment within which children learn about spirituality, faith and practice Sikh values.

I have been teaching for the last 27 years in a variety of secondary schools that have been both high aspirational and high performing as well as challenging.

The Khalsa Secondary School will build on the outstanding provision of Khalsa Primary School and will be a happy and inclusive school, where students of all faiths and of none are respected and supported. We will nurture the potential of all students and provide them opportunities to achieve more than they thought possible. The Sikh faith is emphatic in respecting all faiths and does not seek to convert.

Consulation
The public consultation concluded on the 15th February 2013. The final report is now available for review.

Open days will be taking place Friday 1st February - Sat 2nd February 2013 4pm - 7pm

The aim is to build on this success and ethos by opening a 4 form entry secondary school, with sixth form, which offers a rigorous education for all children.
